Precision Dosing Tool
Peptide Reconstitution Calculator
Calculate precise dosages for peptide reconstitution and administration. Determine concentration, syringe volume, and total doses per vial.
Step 1: Peptide Amount
How many milligrams of peptide are in your vial?
or custom:mg
Step 2: Bacteriostatic Water
How much bacteriostatic water will you add?
or custom:mL
Step 3: Desired Dose
How many micrograms (mcg) per injection?
mcg per dose
Step 4: Syringe Size
Select your insulin syringe size

How It Works
Concentration
(Peptide mg × 1000) ÷ Water mL = mcg/mL
Volume per dose
Desired mcg ÷ Concentration = mL to draw
Syringe units
Volume mL × 100 = insulin units (IU)
Total doses
Total peptide mcg ÷ Dose mcg = # of doses
Reconstitution Tips
- 1.Clean the vial stopper and bac water bottle with alcohol swabs before use.
- 2.Draw the bacteriostatic water into the syringe and inject it slowly along the inside wall of the peptide vial.
- 3.Never shake the vial — gently swirl or roll it between your palms until the powder is fully dissolved.
- 4.Store reconstituted peptides in the refrigerator (2-8°C / 36-46°F). Most are stable for 3-4 weeks.
- 5.Use insulin syringes (U-100) for accurate measurement. 100 units = 1 mL.
